Eligibility for Services

  • Seniors and adults with physical and/or emotional challenges
  • Must live in the following areas: Toronto, North and South Etobicoke, North York, Brampton, Mississauga and Vaughan
  • Clients receiving private services must be able to pay the cost associated with the service(s)
  • All Clients are required to complete the Home Safety Checklist, Registration and Consent Forms prior to receiving services
  • In order to receive home services, the home must be free from risks that may cause harm the client and/or worker or prevent service delivery
  • Clients must be able comply with regards to appropriate behaviour and safety. Any behaviour that puts the client or worker at risk may result in termination of service(s)

Bookings & Cancellations

Services are provided 24hrs/7days per week but depends on staff availability

Personal Support are provided 24hrs/7days per week (minimum of 1hr)

Home Cleaning are provided Monday-Saturday between the hours

  • 24hrs notice is required for cancellation of services
  • Please call the office between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • Leave a message if no one answers the phone
